Please choose carefully - we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law - If your purchase is faulty, not as described, or different to a sample shown to you, we will happily offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back items that have been worn, washed, used or opened - unless they are faulty.  In the case of items of clothing, removing the tags attached to the clothing is the equivalent to "opening" the item.


Should you purchase an item of clothing that does not fit, we are generally happy to exchange it for another size or another item - within the constraints of stock on hand.  If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email with details.

Where such an exchange is to take place, the purchaser will be responsible for the safe return of the original item, and for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
